Elote Posted June 7, 2018 Share Posted June 7, 2018 Hi guys very sad to tell you that our nomination got refused for the second time. 1st Nomination applied: 08/02/17 nomination refused: 08/08/2017 2nd Nomination applied: 20/08/2017 Aplication: 02/02/2018 Nomination refusal: 07/07/2018 Low risk applicant sales and marketing manager the reason on the first time was because of tranining and second time because the company didn’t provide enought reasons why my husband was necessary to the company, after 7 years working for them. They never asked for further information just got refused. The only option that we have is to appeal but that can take more than 2 years so, arrivederci we are leaving for good. The only thing I can suggest is if you haven’t heard from them put EVERYTHING even a picture of your desk to demonstrate that you are a genuine employee, and even thought you never know. we have submitted a refund request for the first one in December and haven’t heard anything back, so don’t even bother to do it, they just want to get money from immigrants like us and reject us.
