What the IMMI do is to put your file aside for a long time, then tell you they are expired...:arghh: BTW, my timeline is almost same as yours, 29 Jan, 2016. The good news is that they picked up our files finally. Hi all, I received an email from MA yesterday regarding to further docs requests from Immi. The list of document is very long including bank statements from the start of the business, every employees pay slip and super statement and their date of commence of the job. company chart, on-going marketing plan , BAS, Current and historic lease agreements and more. we actually provide full 3 years BAS already... However, my company have over 30 years of history, how can we provide that much. I ask my MA and she said provide every single items on the list as requested. Anyone encounter the same thing? Do you think it is a standard request check list and usually for new business? How can we provide those items as on the list if we got long history ...... My employer was also asked to submit more recent BAS statements etc. It's really frustrating that these documents are apparently too old by the time they pick up the application. Also, it does seem to depend on which case officer picks up your file...not everyone has to submit these updated documents... How many years of your company business? and how many employees are there? I think we just bad luck.
