  1. My nomination has been refused last week because of financial situation of the company, in a word, they don't think a small company with such little income has the right reason to hire a person from oversea. It's sad to get a result like this after more than a year's waiting, but it comes eventually.
  2. Yes, maybe the worst MA in the world, it's very hard to ask them making a call to IMMI.
  3. Received a letter from IMMI today which replied my letter of 24 Jan, I mean a letter from a person instead of a machine. The lady told me I should appreciate the opportunity this beautiful country provides, and they will do all they can to ensure that my application is finished as quickly as possible. And, above all, my application has not been allocated yet, one year after I submitted. Sounds I should enjoy the waiting everyday, en?
  4. Today, Another 'one year waiting guy' came into being...... Documents requested last Nov, nothing happened from then on. I wrote a letter to them last week, even asked them to refuse me if they had appropriate reason. Unfortunately, nobody answer the letter:arghh:
  5. Small company of 3 years, about 4~5 employees. Obviously we got bad luck, it has been more than 10 months!
  6. Looks like we met the same CO, my boss received the list the day before yesterday, just a little bit shorter than yours, and, I think he has submitted all these materials at the beginning of the year expect super of other employee. What the IMMI do is to put your file aside for a long time, then tell you they are expired...:arghh: BTW, my timeline is almost same as yours, 29 Jan, 2016. The good news is that they picked up our files finally.
  7. A letter from IMMI said that my application "has been recently allocated to a team for assessment", seems moved a tiny step, but I won't hope anything before X-mas....
  8. You may contact them to ask the status and the reason of that, politely. Mine has been put there for more than 9 months, now under assessment after I made 3 or 4 telephone calls. Calling them maybe useless, maybe useful, only GOD knows. You cannot JUST wait......
  9. So many good news yesterday, but not mine. Here is the response from IMMI: Thank you for your email. The application is not yet allocated to case officer. Our service standards for visa processing times are set out in the Australian Government’s annual budgets. We aim to process 75 per cent of applications within the standards, which are indicative only, but times can vary because of: your circumstances the requirements of the particular visa the complexity of your case your location when you apply our workload. The standard processing times for visas: begin when we receive your application, either directly from you or from a branch office or service delivery partner apply only to applications lodged with all the required documentation do not include time taken to process nominations or sponsorships, if they are required for It has been 8 months since lodged, still not assigned a CO.......
  10. 10 days left to 8 months, nearly 2 months after medical exam, what are they doing ?!:arghh:
