My employer just forwarded the email to me and I extracted some piece from the doc:

Established business/organisation

 

Please provide a combination of the following to demonstrate that your business/organisation

 

is actively operating in Australia:

 

● 3 most recent Business Activity Statements (BAS);

 

● Notice of Assessment re Tax returns for the 2015 financial year;

 

● Recent financial reports (profit and loss statements for the last financial year);

 

● Annual report;

 

● Organisation Chart;

 

● Bank statements covering the most recent 12 month period of operation;

 

● Lease agreements or property ownership relating to business/organisation’s

 

premises;

 

● Registration with industry associations; or

 

● Contracts to provide services or work orders.

 

Further evidence of nominator’s business

 

As the nominating business has a limited commercial history (ie. is a ‘start-up’ business)

 

further documentation is required to demonstrate that it is performing some form of

 

commercial activity, to demonstrate that it is actively and lawfully operating a business in

 

Australia and that it has the financial capacity to meet the nominator undertakings.

 

Evidence that will assist you in demonstrating the level of activity and/or financial capacity of

 

the business/organisation may include:

 

● an account of the history of the company and its activities to date,

 

● evidence that the nominator directly operates the business/organisation,

 

● purchase or lease documents for the property serving as the business site,

 

● a business plan,

 

● contracts to buy or sell goods or services associated with the business,

 

● plans or arrangements for advertising of products or services offered by the

 

business,

 

● evidence of financial commitment – establishing a bank account for the business

 

(with reasonable balances),

 

● evidence of financial support (for example, appointment of an accountant,

 

business loans negotiated with banks),

 

● evidence of legal establishment of business (for example, transactions with

 

solicitors, registration),

 

● administrative infrastructure - eg. equipment, staff,

 

● recruitment action or plans,

 

● a marketing strategy, and

 

● evidence of the likelihood of the company being successful and of benefit to

 

Australia.

 

 

2 years full-time, no exclusion of extending

 

Please provide evidence that the visa applicant will be employed on a full-time basis in

 

the nominated position for at least two (2) years and that the terms and conditions of

 

employment do not preclude the possibility of extending the period of employment.

 

You should provide the employment contract containing the following information:

 

● name of the nominee (if known),

 

● position title and duties,

 

● if employment is for a specific period - the period of employment, and

 

● salary and employment conditions, including access to statutory entitlements.

 

The contract should also:

 

● state that the position is permanent and ongoing (if it does not identify a specific

 

duration of employment), and

 

● be an employment agreement rather than a letter of a job offer.

 

Detailed position description

 

Please provide a detailed position description for the nominated position including:

 

● responsibilities and main duties,

 

● qualifications required,

 

● essential skills required,

 

● employment experience (including number of years of experience required),

 

● registration/licensing or professional membership requirements, and

 

● other relevant information about the position.

 

 

Looks like they are requiring a lot information, but I remember we have done some of them, as I was sitting right next to my employer and we did it together.....

 

Could it be the reason we didn't upload certified copies...?
