We got PR on Friday but Fragomen told my husband today. Not sure when the nomination was issued but the visa was issued on 12 March 2016. Nomination applied: 18 Sep 2015 Visa applied: 24 Sep 2015 No of applicants:4 LR / Transition 457 - 186 Occupation: IT Consultant No documents asked PR granted : NSW Good luck to everyone who's still waiting for news!
