Sorry to hear that. why your employer doesn't give you correct amount, but sponsor you ? if possible, ask your employer to explain to immi department according to your justice letter. It's your employer's fault. Don't know what to say, find out a good MA, give you advise what to do. You already got 3 year's working experiences, right? may be withdraw this application, and re-apply again for another visa. Direct entry? don't know, just suggest. Anyway, good luck.

Hi, it doesn't make sence. On your 457 visa grant letter, it clearly states the amount of required base salary. For example, if the letter say 457 granted to this person with annual base salary of $55,000 . Then u must ensure u get $55,000 every year. So on ur grant letter, Is it showing $72,800 as ur base salary?

Employment letter is a summary of what you did in the last two years in your position. By the way, your qualification is job related? or just your university certificate? Thanks

I’ am surprised. As far as I know, only direct entry needs to provide those documents, like CV, work reference and qualification. For qualification, you mean uni certificate or job related certificate? Also, for work reference, is it employment reference letter ? Sorry, I'm a bit confused…

Why they don't ask all the documents in one time and then make decision quickly. it seems like they are wasting their time as well. By the way, do you mind to share your occupation? and are you direct entry ?
