We were told that we better stay otherwise the sponsor can ask the IMMI to cease the nomination，in another words，the visa can be cancelled. Linda, As long as your PR has been granted nothing can be done by your employer if you decide to leave a day after your grant. But from your statement looks like all you have is a nomination. With nomination, yes they can still cancel the process. So I will say you have to wait until you get the PR grant before making any move. Good Luck. Just tick the notification of status change in ur immi account.
