Good news for me I got my PR yesterday afternoon at 4:10 Finally the wait is over. After 37 days of requesting more doc aand 1 time follow up. Get the difference case officer from the request doc letter.

I know but we can not keep waiting like this. Hey do you remember the CO name. Mine one name Lxxxx. I think it is a lady CO.

They try their best .... They never understand the long wait feeling that we been through more than 7 months ..... So slow

Hope so would not want a slow CO so frastrated if after 28 days still no new I will ring them.....

Can we call them and find out because as normal they give us 28 days and in your case it is over 28 days so you should be able to find out.

I know it take forever are you NSW pese as well? And when did your nomination approved?

@Kingrai not quite sure mate no my case mine one is expired too and I have not been back home since so I asked my agent to write the letter to explain this to them. Hopefully they accept it. I heard some people said in general they consider the expiration of the Pcc for 12 months better find out with your MA mate. Sorry can not help much with this.

@ Kingra nomination and visa applied on 02/10/2015 nomination approve without any doc request but they request police clearance and form 80 for visa

God been a long 2 week of waiting Got the nomination approved on 13/04/2016 and request more doc on 13/04/2016 for the visa submitted on 20/04/2016 still no news .....

So the CO may accept it because even it say expire but I have never been out of Australia since.

It expired 3 month ago. It valid on 3 month from where m from. So crazy

@ warlock no actually I e mail it to my agent but she missed that email that is why and now the police Clarence is expired but I ask her to write the letter and summit it along with that explaining that I have never been out of Australian since I have the Clarence done. Hopefully she accept it.

Good news for October applicants my nomination and visa lodge on 02/10/2015 just got the nomination approve this morning NSW pese request form 80 and international police clearance. hopefully I get my visa soon.:smile:

Thanks god at lease no delay to our visa. It is crazy enough to wait for 6 to 8 month.

Anyone know if the strike will affect the visa process? Go's so many barrier easter holiday and strike. How long will it take to get the visa?
