Some people got it next day after submitting, some in 2 weeks and some waiting after 28 days. That the case officer is assigned and he(assuming he's a he), is fully happy with all the documents and is satisfied that they the documents meets all the immigration law requirements??? In that case, why would he even waste a second? Laziness doesn't count as an excuse legally. So did you get the answer you were looking for?
