Can you please let me know when your medical were finalized? I applied on 15th Aug but Medical finalized on 26th Nov. not sure if that's the reason i have still not received it. Is this the first time your employer have done nomination? If not, are you the first one who got problem to be nominated by them? "Further Consideration", I think means they still want to reconsider the nomination but needs more review. I believe that your employer/MA should contact them or cooperate with them and try to give more supporting docs and explanation to convince them to give nomination approval. just try to pray also and keep hoping you get it....good luck! If you work more than full time hours and paid overtime for that period. I don't think there should be any problem. You will be all right. Should I give immi a call or just wait until they allocate my case？ Hi Long0110, All of the documents that i uploaded to my online application had a status of required from the day I added them until yesterday when i got the grant letter (then that section is no longer on my Immi account). as its repaced with the grant letter.
