Hello Guys, I have been requested additional information and needs few clarification. ( I had submitted WA national police certificate but DIAC requires AFP). Appreciate if some of you can throw some light. 1) can i respond to the same mail by attaching requested documents? 2) in the request they have specified that "You must provide the original certificate to the department.". What does it mean? how can one submit original document electronically? Does it mean i should scan original document and submit it rather than certified copy? 3) Since they have requested only police certificate, can i assume everything else is in order? Hi All, I had lodged VISA on 15th August and submitted all the docs around same time. Document status so far was "Required" however today it's changed to "Received" with date as 09/12/2014. Anyone know how much more time after this update?

Congratulation Steve, looks like it took around 5 month for you. did they ask for any additional documents?

Hi Guys, Lodged VISA on 15th August (nomination was already approved) and not a single contact so far from CO. is there something to worry about. Anyone else with the same situation?( i.e. applied before 15th August and no contact at all)

Hi Husky, Many congratulation. Can you please let me know when your medical were finalized? I applied on 15th Aug but Medical finalized on 26th Nov. not sure if that's the reason i have still not received it.

Hello Guys, My VISA application was lodged on 15th August but haven't heard back anything from Department so far. is there anyone with Similar situation? Should i wait or contact department for any update? Anyway i can check if CO is assigned to my application?

Hi All, My health case was submitted on 17th Nov. All the test in Emedical Client shows as completed however in my ImmiAccount, there is still a link "organize health". does it mean it has been refered to dreaded MOC? Also, even though i have submitted form 80, there is still a link, "complete character assessment". can someone pls advise about it.

We have applied for her passport and we are expecting to receive it next month. however i am expecting CO to be assigned next week. My question is can we receive grant before we receive passport of our baby or CO will ask for her passport before grant of VISA?

We have applied for her passport and we are expecting to receive it next month. however i am expecting CO to be assigned next week. My question is can we receive grant before we receive passport of our baby or CO will ask for her passport before grant of VISA?

Sorry didn't get any response so posting again, Hello Guys, I have lodged ENS 186. My wife is currently pregnant and it's unlikely we will get PR before our baby is born. In this case i will have t apply for Indian passport for my baby and then apply for including baby in our visa application. My Question is, till the time my baby receives Indian passport,his/her stay will be considered as illegitimate in Australia? Do i need to do something before baby is born? or just wait for the baby to bron, register birth, apply for indian passport and then include in our current VISA application? Appreciate your response. Thanks
