  1. Thanks Roberta2, I understand you will have to wait if you are applying after the the 20th April 2017 but is it worth sending it so they have it on file ready to go if the the new changes dont go ahead as if they do then I'll be only been a PR for 3 years so Ill be short by 1 year and it will get refused anyway. Cheers
  2. Hey Guy's I came out to Australia from the UK on a 457 Visa in 2012, then after two years applied for permanent residency which I have now had for 2 1/2 years. I only found out about the new changes from 20th April 2017 a couple of weeks ago. As the changes haven't been passed yet is it worth waiting for this to be decided or can you still put the Application form 1300t in and if you can does this need to be a paper or online version? Looking for some information on this please? Thank you. Regards
  3. Hi Long0110, All of the documents that i uploaded to my online application had a status of required from the day I added them until yesterday when i got the grant letter (then that section is no longer on my Immi account). as its repaced with the grant letter. Hope this helps.
  4. I have just been grated my Visa....I am soooooooooooooo happy right now! Thanks to all for this sharing your details on this site it really helps If you have any questions more than happy to answer if i can, Good luck to all still waiting.
  5. Yuki, The answer is no you cant... Example: 457 Visa to 186 Visa (TRN number for my 457 visa is different to TRN number for my 186 visa) Because I haven't been granted my 186 visa if i type that TRN number into VEVO it doesnt recongnise it as that isnt my current visa... But if i type my TRN number in for my 457 visa on VEVO then that works as its my current Visa.
  6. Hi All, Good luck to all that are still waiting on PR, lets hope today & the rest of the week brings the good news we are all waiting for
  7. Stubborn1, The reason why i did application after my nomination was approved is because i didnt want to pay $3500 until I knew that my nomination was going to get approved. Just got to keep on waiting now
  8. Just thought i would share this information! I have just got of the phone to Immi for a update and as always information is very basic....What they did say is because of how busy it is with 186 visa and that PR is not a quick process they have a time limit of up to 8 months at the moment. Some people have it in 3-4 months but you are well in the time frame and not to worry and not to base you application on others :mask:
  9. It doesnt matter where you are from, You dont need to worry.... They are just after some histroy that is all..
