MaggieMay24 Posted October 8, 2014 Share Posted October 8, 2014 From the moment you submit your application, the status is "In Progress". The status doesn't change when a CO is assigned. The status will remain In Progress until they grant the visa. The IMMI system doesn't give any real indication of what's happening with applications unfortunately. Just a question is anyone having any issues accessing you Myimmi account today? and also i rang DIBP today and they say "they are still working on late june cases" Timeline Nomination applied on 17th July (186 visa Transition stream and with my de facto partner) Visa application 28 August (With medicals, police check, relationship certificate, etc) Has anyone done 186 transition with their de facto partners? what should expect? i would think i'd take longer, require more documents, etc?? I didn't have the medical referral letters until 26/09 due to some issues with the system. Had to email the department for that. Just did my medicals yesterday. Hopefully I'll hear some good news in the next 2 weeks. Hi guys for me today is week 16!!! My TIMELINE: Visa Type: ENS 186 Direct Stream Nomination lodged: 23/05/2014 Visa application: 18/06/2014 ( with MA) Nomination Granted: 5/9/2014 22/9/14: CO ask for more information 25/9/14: Medical check 30/09/14: CO received the medical result Apparently my CO is in Team 4 Victoria. Nomination and Visa applied same day, moving from 457 (Transition). All docs updated ! Using MA as well. I've heard that RSMS has priority over ENS.
