Birthday just after visa application, meaning less points

We received our EOI in July. We are now ready to apply for our visa but my Partner, the main applicant is 33 on 28th August which means we will lose 5 points going from 75 points to 70. If we apply and pay for our visa before his birthday will it be ok about the points or should we wait and get another invite after his birthday with just 70 points then submit the visa???

Your points are locked at the time of invitation. So even if your birthday is the day after receiving your invitation, your points would not change.
