Hopeful Mum
Hi all. Can anyone recommend a migration agent who has experience of dealing with health issues please? Also, does anyone have a ballpark figure for agent fees? Thanks.
Nemesis
Hi all. Can anyone recommend a migration agent who has experience of dealing with health issues please? Also, does anyone have a ballpark figure for agent fees? Thanks. Try Peter Bollard or George Lombard. Fees would depemd om whether they are just advising on medicals, doing the whole application, etc
Hopeful Mum
Thanks Nemesis. Will look into them. Assuming that they do the whole application, any idea on fees please? I'm just trying to gauge if it's even a possibility to go down that route before approaching an agent!
Kirstyj
Our agent fees were £2500, we moved here in February this year, I hope it wouldn't change if you had any extra issues a good agent would know everything xx

Unfortunately not all agents have a good grasp of the implications of medical conditions but I believe that PB and GL have medical specialist expertise available when required. Kirstyj
Well I'm sorry Quoll I think I answered this lady's question, and our agent has 30 years experience in migration issues and if we had any medical questions they were answered for us at no extra cost as well as what we had to do to get medical records and police checks from Spain !!!!!! VERYSTORMY
For visas with medical issues, a specialist agent is a must and the two that are constantly recommended are above.

Excellent, so glad it worked for you. Some folk have had significant medical issues and gone to a regular agent then discovered with a nasty surprise that they got a bum steer, so it is important is you have significant medical issues to talk to one of the guys who specialises - things like autism, transplants, cancer etc spring immediately to mind
