Guest Mrs C
Hi Phil I am still in the UK, but would like to move over to Redcliff, we have some friends in Kippa Ring! I believe there are quite a few people on this site who live near you and who would be more than happy to meet up with you and the children. Perhaps you could arrange a PIO meeting one Sunday? I hope it all goes well for you and the family, and if you arrange that meet in September we'll be coming too.......lol April
sharon h
Hi We are thinking of moving to Redcliffe, is it easy to find a rental home and what is the traffic like if you need to drive into the city. Are there any newer brick houses and is the beach nice. Sorry to ask so many questions but we cannot decide between Perth and Brisbane so would appreciate your comments. Thanks Sharon

bruce 7
Hi we stay in kippa-ring, we didn't know anyone before we came out but have found everyone really friendly. Started to find our way around the peninsula, love all the different beaches and the kids love having a choice of beach to play at. Hubby (Bruce) is a mechanic and works in Kippa-ring, I am a nurse and work part-time at the hospital. Kids go to Hercules State primary school and both enjoy it there. Would be good to meet up. Hi Jo, Sorry for delay in replying, been away on a course for the last 4 days. I have heard about the divide in the state and private system, something we def need to look into once over. As and when Mike finds work we can then make a final decision on which area we will be in, and then sort schools out. I feel there is so much to do and so little time!!! We only have 7 weeks now til we come over for our rekkie, very exciting, but not organised yet!:arghh: So how are you finding things? Are your children setting in well? Our five year old is looking forward to the holiday but when we have had a few conversations about moving over he is not keen. Still he's young and its hard for them to fully understand it. It would be great to meet up when we come over, be prepared for my many questions- a chance to pick the brains of others who have already made the big step:smile: Hope the weathers good for you at the mo Sandra x
