Jordanl
I'm eligible to apply for citizenship and have tried a number of times to access the website but it doesn't seem to be working properly. Has anyone else noticed a similar problem or is it just me?

jmartin8010
I suggest you to contact the Citizenship helpline and verify your eligibility for Citizenship if you have not done that yet.

Seppo
Jordanl, if you mean only hyperlinks (making it hard to navigate) and no graphics, yes. It seems to be an on again-off again problem. Run by Aussies!!...whaddya expect, mate ;-D
Jordanl
Thanks everyone for your replies. Yes Seppo that's the problem. It's happened a few times for me and my husband on separate computers. Thanks jmartian for your suggestion. I am eligible after being her for over 4 years on a PR visa. It the graphics and links that are making it hard for me to apply. I'll keep on trying.
Seppo
Yeah, ring them up, as suggested, or if you are close to an Immi office, you could pop in and get it sorted. We did this for my children a few years ago in the Sydney office. I wanted to eye ball an agent to ask some questions, and she provided us with the application paperwork and away we went. I am sure they would rather you do it online, but they were fine about it.
