If you are over the age of 16 and have lived in any of the countries listed in this document for a total of one year or more in the last 10 years, you must get a police certificate from that country. The certificate must cover the period of time from the issue date back to the age you ceased to be a minor or must cover the whole time you were in a country. Guest Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 any ideas if you can re-do your police check so that we can change the grant date on the visa? as ours will be 7th jan and we wanted fly mid jan, our misstake as thought the date was on the medicals then found out it was earliest date so we made a mistake but seeing if we uploaded a newer police check would that delay the date Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 yes we have a co. we did them because in our stupidiity we thought it was 12months from day visa granted not checks. was only after we uploaded them that we realised our mistkae. wouldnt mind we have done he whole process ourselves without fault and researched every little detail and then made that mistake. not too bad just we only wanted to move end of jan instead of beginning so only 3 weeks earlier just wud of been easier move end of jan becasue of xmas and new year but done now so no point panicing. thanks everyone for advice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
