Peach Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 Clearance cannot be transferred. But if you are working here temporarily, your status can be recognised by the agency under the Five Eyes agreement. Alternatively, if your company and agency want to employ you badly enough they can sponsor you for a citizenship waiver and you can then go through the Australian clearance processes. The more unusual or rare the skillset the less competition of course, whereas less skilled jobs will see fiercer local competition.
