However i do have 1 burning question !!!! as i m on a state sponsored visa, my conditions are that I live in the state for 2 yrs and carry out 1 yr of full time work ( 35 hrs a week ) But they seems to be a lot of confusing whether its 12 months continuous or accumulative over the 3 yrs of the visa. Can anyone tell me or provide hard evidence of this issue. king regards RAFIEng

Thank you everyone I have done some digging , and the only way is , if the employer sponsors you and you get a citizenship waiver , then you can get into the defence industry. hope this gives some help to others. RAFIeng

Has Anyone transferred their UK SC to Australia and if so how did you do it ? I'm currently on a temp 475 visa. I wish to work in the defence sector within Australia.:biggrin: Any info greatly recieved. :wink:
