So you come on here lording it up about being a property investor and you live in a council scheme?
HA HA you are a trier I give you that. I do not live in a council scheme but if I did does it make me a lower class of a person or do you class them as lesser beings ? I was brought up in a council house & proud of it. People I know who did the same are very high up in what they do as you grasp the value of money at an early stage so yes I am proud to what I have achieved so if it gets to you look at yourself in the mirror & wonder why I get to you the answer will be looking at you all the best.

So you bought your council house on the cheap after being a long term tenant. Nothing wrong with living in a council area but when you make posts banging on about how much money you have and slagging off people for moving to OZ with very little etc it would seem you think less of people for not having money.

never brought a council house you seem to assume a lot and yes i have money I did not know it was a crime but slagging off members on here as you say is very insulting to me as I never have so you should calm down & chill. I hope mods I have been dignified in my reply.

I did not slag you off i merely made a statement with regard to some of your previous comments towards other posters and you said council houses in your area are selling.

A few of the posts where you sneer at people for having not a lot of money. You don't see me slagging off people for being short of money.

you seem to be putting a lot off effort to get the better of me but if i were you i would look up slagging before you use it as you do not seem to know its meaning so good luck we all love a trier.

Yes sales are up, prices up and lending is up.

Absolute misinformation!! Yes sales, prices and lending are up on last month, but sales and lending are down on this time last year

3 signs to give good reason for optimism and I hope it progresses although I feel first time buyers who earn a median salary will still have a mountain to climb with regard to securing a decent mortgage.

did we all not have to do the same ? earnings 30 years ago to todays would match the times but interest rates 30 years ago would of made it impossible today but as they are so low and the conservatives our helping first time buyers it is more affordable now.

Absolutely I do agree but it has always been the same. The trouble is today people want to get on the ladder half way up. 90,95 and 100% mortgages are available and although not ideal with interest rates being so low there are options.
