yes dear....

we had a saying which means ... when one climb stairs upwards then do pay regards and remember your friends whom you pass. because its destiny that whatever goes upside must come down and during that one shall encounter all those friends whom he had pass earlier while climbing upside.

thanks a lot to everyone

Dear All:

Please find attached the updated excel sheet (i.e. Version: 16).

One more 175(G5) applicant (i.e. tulip2009) contacted me via PM and I have added his/her details in the sheet as well.

Welcome tulip2009 on this thread please participate frequently.

FYI, I have also created e-mail group and total 7 friends (MHM, MADO, JYJA, MAR1380, FAHDMUGAL, RVJ & ZAHOORAHMED) are there. I request others to PM e-mail address as well. It is very useful for swift communication.

I wish everyone a speedy grant!!!

What's your idea about sending an email to IGIS?(Is it useful?) and how can I contact them?(via email, info@igis.gov.au) and do you have a sample email?

and my last question. Should I send them my profile information?(TRN, Name, Sub-class,...)

Yes, it is definitely good idea. I have already queried them. They will likely reply in about 5 days. The e-mail address is: info@igis.gov.au

You should give all of your application details: TRN, Visa type, application date etc...

It will let you know for sure whether your case is under Security Checks.

zahoorahmad,

This is the last email from IGIS (I've got it a few minuets ago):

You recently made a complaint about a visa application to the Inspector General of Intelligence and Security. We have not identified any unexplained delay, illegality or impropriety by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation affecting this case and there are no grounds for any further action by us at this stage.

I understand that this visa application was lodged some time ago. Many factors can affect the length of time taken to process a visa, including:

· visa type

· the complexity of the case,

· the planning levels and priority for the visa category

· the number of applications lodged.

Every year the Australian Government sets the overall migration program as part of the Budget process. The Department of Immigration and Border Protection has a responsibility to ensure that the number of visas granted overall and within each visa category are in accordance with the planning levels.

The length of time taken to process a visa is not necessarily indicative of the outcome of the application. Many other applicants are also experiencing similar delays.

More information can be obtained from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection website at http://www.immi.gov.au

If you still do not know the outcome of the visa application by March 2015 please contact us again.

This means that my Security Check has not finished?

Yes, it's 100% standard reply and we all get the same. It simply means that your Security Checks are still in process with IGIS/ASIO.

@ALIREZA:

Welcome to the thread/forum!

I have added your details in the excel sheet and will upload it shortly.

It is strange that you are still not requested for Med & PCC yet. Are you currently onshore in Australia on some other visa?

Please also PM me your e-mail address I have group of '8' ppls on e-mail thread and we all are 175(G5) + HR country applicants - so in the same boat. Our e-mail communication makes us closer and helps a lot.

Cheers,

Zahoor
