Hi,mado. DIBP will contact with your agent if they need to request further document. When I got PR, my agent let me know. I already upload Police certificate and had medical check last OCT. And my CO sent my agent visa grant letter suddenly. If you lodged by online, you already have CO. So you should contact with your agent immediately.

But my document checklist shows required. I checked allocation table. It says applications will not be allocated over the Christmas and New Year period. So they might stop visa processing. I think it is better for you to prepare your application for assessment.

Did you already upload police certificate from your country? I had medical check and got police certificate on Oct. So my CO sent my agent grant letter directly.

Did you lodge your application online? If so, your CO will contact with you soon.

My agent let me know my application has been granted today. I think my CO checked my application today and issued grant letter. My CO is from Adelaide. Why don't you contact with your CO?

I received grant letter. And it shows 20/12/2013 Applicant Approved on my online status. I checked my grant letter and I found the name of my case officer. He is from Adelaide.
