I was really nervous about our ornaments going - they make sure the box is packed with packing material so nothing moves about. Both packers were friendly and professional. I'm just hoping they are the same the other end. If your shipping a flatscreen TV - make sure you order a TV crate...also worth paying the 15 pounds extra to cover any container cleaning that may need to be done once it gets into Australias ports.
