Just about to upload a statement outlining the development of our relationship but can’t figure out the best category for it to go into. ‘Evidence of Length of relationship’ or ‘evidence of relationship’ can anyone help with this? Also, we have had it co signed by a witness does this mean we can upload it as a ‘statutory declaration’? thanks in advance R

Hello. I booked my health exam using my HAP ID i found on my immi account. I went to print out the referral letter to take with me and it has disappeared, i presume because they activated my ID. do i need this letter to take with me? or does anyone know where i can find it? thanks

hi, do you mean the application, or the evidence? You will be able to view both after upload. you will be able to change the application answers if an address changes etc, but you wont be able to change any evidence uploads

It is asked on the sponsor upload page. I think she can just leave it blank, because she has evidence of living here for 10 years

Hi All, My sponsor is an Australian citizen, and i am British but we are currently and have been living in the UK for the past 3 years. It asks my sponsor to provide evidence of her residential address in Australia. Is this non applicable? Or should she request a letter stating that she is not infact a resident? Thanks R

Hello all! I'm about to start uploading but have read conflicting comments about uploading files. I am going to collate documents and photos into one PDF file and upload as one (as long as it is under 5MB) i have read that each page of the PDF has to be a separate upload, can anyone confirm or disagree with this? In regards to uploading, there are several different categories in which the same evidence can be used. Would it be best to upload these pieces of evidence again, Or can i refer back to a document under a different section? Many thanks! R
