You can only lodge complaint through Global feedback Unit. On departments website -
609 all onshore and for cook just add nos on right hand side corresponding to months.

Whatever profession u are in or u want to study. First checkout how to get skills assessment for that when u finish studies and also confirm whether it falls in Oz Skills list. Worth looking at how many points u will gain after doing all this and how many points needed. They will help in selecting where to study etc to gain points. Then only decide to pursue further.

Definitely you can withdraw ur application for Visa and resubmit visa application. They are different applications. Some prefer to lodge nominations first once they approve than lodge visa. So no problems .but still ask ur Agent.

Just generic reply. "Processing urgent visas at the moment and 90percent processing is so and so u fall in 10percent." Which is not expected atleast.
