    I was approved yesterday - finally! Good luck with yours. My dates: Applied: June 2018 Exam Date Notification: November 2019 Exam: December 12 Requested additional information January 2 Approved: 15 April 2020 Awaiting ceremony date/next steps.

    Does anyone know if at this stage they are still processing or approving Citizenship applications? I had my test/exam in December 2019, waiting for an answer on my approval after submitting a few final documents early Jan...last correspondence was 2 weeks ago letting me know they are finalising an updated NSW police check...

    I was of the impression once your application status goes to 'Approved' you are free to depart/enter the country as needed as a decision has been made?

    Was there any mention of policy regarding whether they will continue to process applications? I am currently waiting for approval, status is "Further Assessment" and has been since passing exam in December 12 2019 and asking for a UK police certificate. Unsure what to do now as there is a chance I may need to head back to the UK to look after relatives there.

    Very interesting! What was the timeline between when you had your exam and received approval? You said you waited for 3 weeks, did you receive it during that time? Aside from what you mentioned were there any other evidence you took and did you use a lawyer or do this solo?
