1. You will need to check with your agent to IMMI Account credentials so you can check your application status. But I am not sure he will give you credentials. 2. Many people from Euorpe are granted visit visa very easily. But I have seen applicants from South East Asia getting rejected. It is mainly because South East Asia have a lower visa compliance rate. If you or your spouse have good travel history only then you should apply for visit visa. Otherwise its a big risk. In any case, recently we are seeing visas applicants from Pakistan are getting grants in 9 - 10 months. I think they are trying to reduce processing time. I will strongly advise you to take Agent's opinion before you apply for visit visa.

They called my wife from Islamabad to ask few quick questions i.e. Like if I had offshore bank accounts etc. After that they sent an email to me (sponsor) requesting PCC.

Can you please confirm, what exactly they said in your letter. Did they say all countries where you spent 12 month, or did they say all countries where you visited

I see lot of people here sharing their timelines who applied outside UK. and I don't see anyone pointing out to them. Many applicants wanted to know if DOHA is processing applicants from March 2019. My update was intended for those. -

I applied from Pakistan. This seems to be a typo from department as it should have been 12 months instead of 2 month. but I intend to repond in-line with 2 months request -
Yes 2 months and not 12 months. I was shocked too. My agent says it is a typo error from the department

There is no set timeline There is no set timelines. in some cases it takes few days, and in some case it take months.

Hi all, We applied for 309/100 in March 2019 from Pakistan. Uploaded all documents as per our knowledge, hope we haven't miss any doc. Haven't heard anything as yet. I hope March applicants get their grants soon so they can spend Christmas and New year with their family. -
Create "WORD" document in MS Office. Add pictures in the document and upload to Immi Account

309 is a temporary visa. You will automatically get permanent visa after two years. Permanent visa is called subclass 100. centerlink and medicare are not available on 309 visa. You will have to wait for permanent visa.
