It is not possible to call the Australian Embassy in Pakistan. Only they will call you. So please make sure the applicant and the sponsor are always available on the numbers they have provided to the department. Please make sure you have uploaded all documents including police certificate, photos proving relationship and completed your medical. Hopefully the wait will not be long.

Yes, they did medical of my son. Since he is an infant so it was a very basic medical examination.

We have seen applicants from March are getting visa grant in this month, so there is a strong chance you might get grant within 1 or 2 months. Applicants from asian countries do not get visit visa very easily as they belong to high risk countries in terms of visa compliance. Please upload all relevant document on Immi Account as soon as possible, do not wait for case officer to ask you for documents. Make sure Police certificates, medicals and biometrics are completed. Waiting for case officer to ask you for documents will only delay your application.

Our visa has been granted. Alhamdulilah. Allah has been very kind to us. We have been granted 100 visa (permanent) as were married for 5 years and a have a child together. DOL: 13-Mar-2019 RFI#1 (sponsor's pcc + phone to applicant): 14-Nov-2019 RFI#2 (phone to sponsor to request Form 1229): 12-Dec-2019 Grant: 12-Dec-2019 (same day as RFI-2)

Dear members, To update you, I (sponsor) was contacted by the department to provide Form 1229. They contacted me on my mobile, they didn't request on email. It is related to provide "consent to grant an Australian visa to a child under the age of 18 years". Still waiting for the visa decision.

If you have pics of you two together as couple of social events and trips etc, it will help you in proving your relationship -
your timelines are very similar to Rajashab. You might get visa within a week or two.

I dont think so, usually we get call from 051 (Islamabad) number.

It was in Urdu. Case officer was pakistani.

Australian Embassy in Islamabad called my wife (applicant) and asked few questions which were very simple. They didnt invite for any formal interview. Same day (14th Nov) I received email to provide PCC

I am in same situtation, I was asked for PCC (sponsor) on 14th Nov. Hopefully we will get a positive response in few days. IA. I am very hopeful.
