Hi Kevin, I too have hearing for 1st week of May and didn't ask for any of your listed documents as we submitted everything in Nov but my lawyer said submit any documents from Nov to march job related task before hearing date. Not sure what questions are going to be from tribunal member.

Hi, Hoping someone could help me. Currently on AAT 186 waiting for file to open since sep 2019 accountant nomination. Now invited for 190 visa can I lodge my application. Will there be a issue if I do while aat is running on side. Can I withdraw AAT once 190 is granted. Advance Thank you for answering me on my worries.

Lucky you. Did you complain then file was opened. I guess both categories are different. Wish government could make it faster

My employer has been extremely supportive and director will go to aat office if needed. All I need is good lawyer now to prepare for AAT if it ever opens up.

I feel like re applying might get lucky this time with nomination and visa since they are opening quicker with positive outcome but the amount money is horrendous. NEED GUIDANCE SHOULD I WAIT AAT TO OPEN OR REAPPLY OR GO BACK HOME FOR GOOD.

Mine got rejected due to CFO reason only in 2019 case officer mentioned company doesn't need accountant and its over 15 million turnover. I applied for AAT same time hoping file opens soon with positive outcome. Currently looking for agent who can handle these type of cases really frustrated with the process.

Hi Jia, As i have over 5 yrs experience now back when I applied was 3 yrs so applied for de not trt I haven't considered re applying as it was too much money involved. Do you think re applying will have high chance for grant with out any issues.

Yes details as below: Occupation: Accountant ens 186 DE nomination & visa applied - 14 Jul 2019 HR country applicants 2 Nomination and visa refused - 12 sep 2019 Appled for AAT Oct 2019 now waiting for hearing date Reasons for refusal CFO and GM can manage accounts of $17 million turnover and doesnot require accountant in short position not genuine though i have been working for 5 yrs for same role now. Either apply for another visa or wait for AAT hearing date or find new sponsors. Regards

Hi Guys, Hope someone can help as I don't trust my agent is capable enough to present my case for AAT when I get a date therefore starting to browse good agents who can help me with accountant 186 visa aat file. I am desperate for genuine help as I feel this visa process is taking too long to sort out and with time accountang will be wiped out or least preferred in SOL list. . Thanking you in advance

Occupation: Accountant ens 186 DE nomination & visa applied - 14 Jul 2019 HR country applicants 2 Nomination refused - 12 sep 2019 and visa cancelled given time frame of 21 days now. Reasons CFO and GM can manage accounts of $17 million turnover and doesnot require accountant in short position not genuine though i have been working for 3.5 yrs for same role. Guys please advise whether its worth going for AAT meanwhile emailing case officer to revoke as its seems to be judicial error when she cannot differentiate between cfo or gm task duties.

Hi Gita would you have a list submitted documents that they asked you, i am applying for accountant profession also did they as ask you for registration or license or anything else.

Did you submit CPA assessment copy, please let me know what you submit at the end as i am also apply for same nomination this week, preparing myself with all necessary documents now.
