Well, you might be right here. My partner's brother nomination got approved recently even though he applied a bit later than us under the same occupation. There is no software engineer left unapproved in the spreadsheet before me so I hope for some outcome in the next 2 weeks. Our MA said that our nomination approval will take a while as we attached around 70 documents. we had a nomination refusal in May last year because they said that the company is not able to pay the salary for the next 2 years. That is why we attached as many evidence as we could and he said it might take longer.

Just a heads up for everyone. I have just finished moving people in the correct tabs based on Nomination date (in case you can't find yourself in the spreadsheet). For people who have applied before the spreadsheet was created I just left them in the tab when they applied for the visa. All of them are already finalized so it doesn't make any difference.

Yes, I have exactly the same. But is it only "known system issue that is currently being investigated by technical teams.". Don't worry:)

No idea, this is what he told us. He might be wrong of course, but I think we all see this trend on the spreadsheet. He's been in this industry for ages and I'm pretty sure he has wide network of connections.

@Suusz I really hope so and wish you all the best. This is my second application so I kinda have my life "on hold" since October 2017 so I can only imagine how you feel without any response. Keeping fingers crossed!

We spoke to our MA today and he confirmed our suppositions that DOHA is divided into two teams now with one team processing visas from August onwards, and the second team everything before August.

@Juro , @Anais , @AMcclain you have been added to the spreadsheet. Please note that I'll start adding you based on your nomination lodgement and hopefully I'll finish at the end of next week to move everyone in the correct tabs.

Sure thing I'll help. What are your exact nomination and visa lodgement dates?

travel! and it doesn't have to be expensive! It can be a weekend getaway in Gold Coast (take a look on Jetstar Friday Deals, tickets as cheap as $29), all day bicycle trip or just explore Melbourne:) Personally, travelling and yoga is something that calm my mind so I can highly recommend it. Just live like tomorrow doesn't exist.
