According to law you should tell them asap. It's always good to add in your form 80 in visa form. I informed my MA when around 4 months pregnant but my MA informed immi when we did our medicals about 6 and half months . no issues raised so far by immi. Hopefully it will not be an issue.

I read your story in the news. It's heartbreaking.I really feel sorry for you. I know it's very hard to get visa rejections. There is a lot of money spent and a lot of time that we wait to get response for visas. Don't give up. Hopefully you will find a way to get PR.

One person got 187 de visa granted within 10 months of applying. Applied on 22 Dec 2017 and approved in September 2018.

Yea September is been better than August I think. I noticed most of the approvals came from Dec 2016 and February 2017 files.

How many of us are waiting since April 2017? It's 17 months already. My RCB was granted within a week . But since then no updates regarding nomination . Hopefully it's not too far now ?. I hope we will see many more approvals this week.

Consult with a Good migration lawyer. Hopefully you will win your case back with the AAT.

You are right . I think if they really want to process files accordingly it wouldn't take this long . Doesn't look like they want to grant too many visas. All they doing is just delay the process or refuse the application. Not many approvals coming . Very unfortunate. Not all applications are complicated.

I applied April 2017 .No news yet. Processing times are so frustrating. How can immi keep us on waiting for visas for this long ? How can they not get a Solution to this , I can't get it though. We have paid our fees but DHA has shown No discipline at all. Can't just change processing times every month. They should have standard processing times. It's effecting us in a negative way. Can't plan with life. Looks like we don't have any legal rights in Australia as we are only immigrants . It's effecting our lives. I hope Peter dutton get fired from ministry. Rip Australian politics
