Hi Raul, I have put the screenshot . Please have a look. As you said most states require licensing to work as motor mechanic, does Queensland requires licensing to work as motor mechanic?

My MA says that no registration/licensing is required to work as motor mechanic. I don't know why they have asked me to get registration or licensing.

Hi guys , I have applied for 187 visa . DHA has advised me to get a registration/licensing for my nominated occupation Motor Mechanic. My Qualifications related to my Occupation are certificate lll and Certificate iv in automotive ( light vehicle). Any Motor mechanic person who had similar request from the DHA? Could please provide me some information . My MA have me that its not required .

I asked my friend who own mechanic workshop even he said you don't need one to get a job .

There is an option given by department that if I can't get I need to satisfy that why I don't need one.

MA asked me whether I am required to get one or not ? Also said that it might not be required. maybe I need to ask my employer.

Does anyone know if secondary applicant provide letter of support from the University in Pakistan that Medium of instructions is in English language, during studies of Masters in Business Administration,should this be sufficient to prove English language ability?

Thanks for your reply mate. Do you know what are the requirements? I am currently offshore, not sure if I can still apply. do you know anyone who got it done from them? In regards to this ,There is no clear information on the fair trading website.

Finally received the mail. They asked me to provide evidence of registration/ licensing for my occupation motor mechanic. other is to get a sponsor letter of support for dependent child. Any Ideas guy. I didn't think it's coming.

What is status of your visa application in Immi Acc ?

Nomination is approved last week but still not sure if I have to provide medical again.Immi hasn't advised anything yet.

Nomination approved last week but visa application status is still " received ". No request made so far to proceed with medicals.

Visa and nomination applied April 2017. Nomination approved on 21st November 2018. Everything is updated except our medicals. So far immi hasn't sent any email requesting for anything. Even immi account status for visa application is still received. It hasn't changed yet. hopefully this is normal . Anyone else had such experience?

I don't know much as I am offshore at the moment. Probably asked about my position ( role , responsibilities and more business related questions. With a very delighted heart I want to share this beautiful moment with you all. My Nominations has been approved. Got email from my MA at around 3:30 pm. Looking forward to visa application now. So far status of visa application is still "received "in immi account. And request for further documents hasn't been made yet.

Finally My employer got a call from the immigration . Good to see some moment in the processing. I am Waiting offshore since April 2017.

I think it's because you updated your passport. when I added a new applicant it happened to me as well.

Spouse ielts validity 12 months Do you know if this rule changed recently? My wife gave her IELTS exams in December 2015. When I submitted my rsms application in April 2107 it was more than twelve months old. I can't really remember what was the rule at that time when I submitted application. Even my MA didn't /hasn't advised me to get a new one.

To be honest I am not aware about how long it takes for minister to intervene . As you know a lot has changed from last 1 or 2 years . Processing times for most of the visas have increased. A lot of people are getting their visas refused. As in 2014 I am sure it used to be around 6 months. Look at Immigration website I believe it must be mentioned there .
