  1. Find the Form 1022, there is a section where it does ask for maritial status.. And further on the form it will ask you what has changed. Hope it helps!!
  2. Hope you prove us wrong. Immigration will let you know. As you can see, according to your case, we think otherwise. Two different things; 1)business being sold but you remaining as an employee to the new owners (different ABN) , and 2)working now for a different employer; completely different location, nothing to do with the previous business while keeping nomination from former employer. The second, in my humble opinion, goes against of the current requirements. But good luck!
  3. It goes against the whole purpose of the ENS 186 visa. This visa is designed to supply skilled employees to employers who are encountering employee shortage, so what would be the point in approving visas lilke in your case scenario, if you are no longer working for the business who nominated you (in other words..needed you).
  4. Sorry, yes.. referring to the Gov paid paternity leave. Relevant people shall check what arrangements they have with the employer.
  5. However, there are some MA that suggest to inform about pregnancy or baby once the baby is born. And as Hex said, you shall upload a passport to add baby to your visa application (if not yet granted by then), the good thing is that there is no fee to add a new born to PR applications, according to DHA website. Good things are on your way!!! Bless!
  6. I do not think there are any effects, just inform the DHA about your circumstances. Their is a form, I believe it is 1022 " Notification of Changes in Circumstances". Unfortunately, you must be Permanent resident or Citizen to qualify for paid parental leave.
  7. Yes same here, 10-15 months.. they always update the immiaccounts then they make it public on the DHA website. Yay!!! Well at least it is going down. Thank God.! Hoping for the best!! March2018 applicant here! Have a beautiful day!!!!!
  8. Maybe not a new HAP ID, but an order; like in your case where CO requested to renew medicals. Probably there is a statement on BUPA's end showing this. I doubt that just by trying to make an appoinment with same HAP ID like in his case without a request will work.
  9. If baby is born in Au before PR is granted, the baby will get the active visa you are on, (and must advice the DHA to attach your child to the 186 visa application). No entitlements before PR for baby, unfortunately. But at least you may use your Interim Medicare card for the birth in a Public Hospital. All the best
  10. Melbourne! Haha..missing the sunny state!!! Ewww, good luck with that!! haha.. hope you are doing OK.
  11. Happy Tuesday!!!! Looks miserable where I am lol. Raining!!!! Enjoy and hopefully you get the golden email soon. I think once you submit the requested docs you will get your PR...like you gotta!!! 15 days to go to hear from DHA before Xmas!
  12. What a sad story: https://mobile.abc.net.au/news/2018-11-22/grieving-mother-calls-time-on-drawn-out-visa-process/10544626?pfmredir=sm
  13. Try calling Immigration, I rang the other day regarding a "general question I had", and then asked for timelines. The customer service officer said-quote : "If you been waiting longer than the global proccesing time, either you or your MA can ring us to get an update". Hopefully you get an answer or get your visa approve soon! N
  14. You won't be able to see the nomination status, as it contains sensitive information of your employer. Therefore, only your migration agent would have access and your employer. With the TRN number you are only able to track the status of your visa application. Regards,
  15. According to my understanding on the attach screenshots, it states that our employer must be an approved active Standard Business Sponsor. Meaning that on the day of nomination lodgement the business must be SBS approved. Otherwise the business won't be able to nominate you as it is a "sponsorship" visa program and shall comply with all requirements. 16. Good Day everyone, start of the week. Hopefully we can see grants coming in today!! All the best! N
  17. I think you will hear from immigration before Xmas yay!! Fingers crossed!! All the best
  18. Or maybe his nomination was submitted last year or earlier this year and approved on July'18. And his visa application made on May '18.
  19. Be nominated Hide You must be nominated by an Australian employer whose business is actively and lawfully operating. You must apply for the visa within 6 months of your nomination being approved. Find out if your employer is eligible to nominate you. Your nomination must remain valid for the visa to be granted. You will need a new nomination from a new employer if your nomination is no longer valid because an employer or business ceases being a sponsor. This might be because: they have gone out of business the position is no longer available the nomination is withdrawn for any other reason We can’t link your new nomination to your existing visa application, so you will need to withdraw your first visa application and submit a new one. You might be eligible for a refund of the visa application charge depending on the circumstances.
