Hi, I lodged my 309 visa on 2 Nov 2019. RFI on 1 Jul 2020 and today (3 Nov 2020) at 1202 a.m exactly after one year's of the lodgement of my application, I received an automated message from the Department of Home Affairs, which states that "your application for a Partner (Provisional) visa is in progress." Currently, I am onshore since March 2020 on visit visa. Any chance for early approval of my 309 visa application in the current situation?

Hi everyone, My friend lodged his citizenship application from ACT on 29 Aug 2020. Her status is still RECEIVED. On the other hand, her son's application status changed today from RECEIVED to APPROVED, he also applied on the same day and from the same IMMI Account. Would the grateful if someone could please let us know that what will happen next after this change of status of APPROVED? Whether some email or any letter by post would receive for test/interview?

One of my friend lodged Subclass 309 visa on 13 March 201. RFI 15 November 2019. Later on 2 interviews. Visa Subclass 100 (PR) granted on 9 September 2020.

Hi I lodged my 309 offshore visa in November 2019. Family visit visa in Dec 2019, which was granted for 6 months with 8503 condition (no further stay). I arrived Australia on 1 March 2020. Due to Covid, I want to stay beyond the expiry of my visit visa. Do I need to Request for removal of 8503 condition first and then apply new visit visa or what is the best way to linger on my stay further? Thanks

hi I applied 309 offshore from Pakistan on 2 Nov 2019. Later on, 600 visit visa on 3 December 2019, file opened on 11 Dec 2019. Today is 38th day since lodging of visit visa. Do I still need to wait for its outcome or better to withdraw this visit visa application?

Hi I have lodged my 309 and subsequent 600 visa applications through an MA. He has sent me acknowledgments received from the Department. I have my own IMMI Account and have imported my Subclass 300 application in my account but failed to import the first one i.e. 309. My question is whether I can import this application without the permission of my MA? Thanks

Hi I m new to this forum and don’t know much about the use of this forum. I have applied Subclass 309 on 2 Nov 2019 through Canberra-based MA and planning to apply visit Visa on 1 Dec 2019. My 1st question is whether I can check status of my 309 visa in my IMMI Account without involving my MA? 2nd question is, what are the chances of approval of visit visa? Thanks
