Childcare worker from ACT Nomination applied on 30.10.17 visa applied on 31.10.2017 nomination file opened on 20.3.2019 nomination approved on 23.4.2019 and opened visa file same day. Asking documents filed on 9.5.2019. No news so far.

My visa file was opened on the same day when my nomination was approved. Asked for some documents for processing the visa, which were submitted on 9.5.2019 I.e. within 15 days. No news till today. Hope to hear good news soon.

Actually I have an MA. He has not given access to me. He did not bother to check status. He is of the view that he will receive email from Immigration when there is any development. Anyhow thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Hi Here Childcare Room Leader ACT After approval of RCB, I filed Nomination on 30.10.2017 Visa on 31.10.2017 Nomination opened on 20.3.2019 Requested some documents which submitted on 15.04.2019 Nomination approved on 23.04.2019 Visa File opened same day and asked some documents like AFP Certificate, Medical, Form 80. submitted on 09.05.2019 No news so far. Any idea about approval of visa please?

Yes it’s different one, prepared by my MA and signed by owner of business. I don’t know about it’s obligatory. Every MA has its own way of working.

There is no date for commencement of contact but I asked this question from my MA long ago when my normal contact was close to expire (before applying for nomination), then he told that contact of my employment given / signed by my Director will have no connection with my contact signed by owner for my PR papers. The date will start from the date of approval of my visa, as I indicated early.

Hi NT Childcare SEP As per my understanding, the two years contract submitted with Nomination papers, starts from the date of approval of PR (or the date of start of work after approval, if someone is offshore). By the way, I applied on 30.10.2017 from ACT Child Care Leader, however, no news as yet. Goodluck
