  1. Thank you for your answer it makes me feel better?? From your post I can understand that you have a beautiful family and parents that supported you in your new adventure and they are so proud of you and their grandchildren... But, unfortunately, some parents, are not open minded like yours. My Mum call me everytime, asking me when I'll go back because she miss me,but, My dad his happy for me. He understand the situation. I don't want to disappointed her , but in the same time I don't want to go back forever. Like you said it was our choice, we make our own decision, with the hope of finding a better future for us and for our kids. Now I can not fully understand because unfortunately I don't have kids, but sooner, I Will understand your point and how you feel. Hopefully I'll have the chance To stay in Australia forever. After my Permanent Residency l'll go back to my town for a few months and explain my mum which one are my plans for my future family. Fingers crossed she will understand and support me.?? Thank you again and have a great day.
  2. It means that the Immigration received you application but till now, it is not been allocated... the processing time it is around 8-11 months, you should be able to check it into your ImmiAccount.
  3. Finally a Chef.... Yes,yes,yes.... I'm so happy for you!! Finger crossed ??for everyone... ??
  4. Maybe, this is happening because The processing time for the 186 TRT is between 8-11 months and for the 186 DE is between 8-13...
  5. You can send an e-mail to: nsw.pse@border.gov.au. You'll receive an auto response.??
  6. Hi guys, I found this post very interesting and sad in the same time. I have been in Australia for 5 years and I'm 31 yeras old. It's very hard for all of us. We left our hometown and families, hoping that sooner or later we'll Live in the same Country, but I understand, that at this point, it will be a dream.?? For our parents is getting harder and harder to get the Visa, and even for us it is difficult (I still waiting for my Permanet Residency)???? I just want to say that, I agree with all the rules and changes that they are making with the Visa(even if it's getting harder and harder for all of us) because from here I can understand their point of view. We understand that our parents are extremely sad, even if they are happy for us, I know, that Since we left, something is missing in their life and their hearts are broken. ?? It is the same for us, and it isn't easy live without your mam, dad, brothers, sisters, nices and nephews. Sooner or later,We'll need to make a choice, even if it will be very difficult: Do we need prioritize our future family, husband, kids or do we need go back to our hometown close to our mam and dad? In my case will be hard make this choice because in one hand, if I'll stay here, I know that my future family will be happier and (maybe) my kids will have less reasons to leave this country, but, on the other hand, I'll be very sad because will be difficult stay away for so long from our family especially when I'll have kids, thinking of my parents stay away from their grandchildren will be atrocious. I'll finish saying to all the Parents that are leaving offshore, PLEASE, don't put a lot pressure on us and don't ask us to make a decision now, because is not easy. I'm so sorry if I went into this talk. Ps: sorry if my English is not fluent?? Good luck to everyone. ??

Hi Guys, today the immigration has updated the new processing time for the 417 Visa. It will be between 23 and 53 days. I'm just worried for my sister in law because she is in Australia with a student Visa but it will expire in June. So now, she is thinking to go back to Italy, apply for the 417 and Wait till the Visa will be approved. . I'm also worried that nowadays, causing all those changes and tough rules, her Visa can be refused, because the Immigration can think that she is finding a different way to stay permanently in Australia. Please share with me your experiences and your knowledges about this matter. Thank you ?
  8. Sorry... I don't know. Do you have a MA? She/He should be able to help you with this matter. ????
  9. Ma MA updated all the BAS,profit and lost and bank statements.
  10. Nothing... I just sent to my MA a new AFP because the old one will expire on May...?? Hopefully we'll receive a good news in This month or next one... ????
  11. The processing time start from the date that you received the acknowledgment letter. I applied For Nomination and Visa on the same day. Hope this will help. Good luck ?

  13. Hi Guys, my Medicare card will expire on 29 of June, what will happen with it if I'll not get the PR before that time?? thank you ??
  14. Hi, if we read the previous post we can notice That there is a different waiting time between the skills level 1,2,3... ...But all the people in this form applied with the 186 Visa and the processing time for the 187 is different (17-20 months) For this reason they'll need to wait longer. I hope it make sense.
  15. Hi Guys, finally I have had the chance to speek with my MA (she is never available). I asked her if we'll need to do again the Australian Federal Police checks, because it will expired soon. She said that I should do a new one as soon as possible even if, until now, I haven't a CO looking into our Appilcation... Finger crossed ?? for everyone.
