    Hi Guys. I m very nervous and always keep on thinking about that what will happen if subclass 887 will stop or change their criteria as it is a only hope for me and many others that for a subclass 489 visa holder it the only hope to get the PR..does anyone know or heard anything which might happen..

    Hi Maggie may, I finally got the grant..as I know with continious 2 years living in Tasmania and full-time one year work in any occupation, I can apply for pr through 887. My only hope that this light stays bright for 489 visa holders as now a days rule keep on changing.. Do u know if 887 will stay with same rules or any amendments coming soon or criteria for a 489 holder for a pr becoming rough..this think just keep on coming in my mind that when I m eligible to apply for 887 rules will be same or not?

    Hi. Can someone pls advise me in subclass 489 - tasmania. Once grant received we can work in any occupation or it has to be in the nominated occupation. I m asking this from a subclass 887 perspective as I don't want to mess up with that as it is a hope for pr. Also I m unable to find any information about above query on dibp too.

    Hi JD, Any news on it visa..case officer contacted me and asked for proof of relationship which I will be submitting soon.

    Hi. Maggie, I have rent agreement, we both are nominee in each other saving account, I m a nominee in her life insurance, she is the nominee in my car insurance, we have photograph of togetherness, one or two online shopping bills but no utility bills. Is these documents for them is enough to proof relationship is still in existence ?

    It been 3 years 4 months now we are married. God knows why they are asking when it is no way there even when we planned to migrate :-(

    Hi. I have rent agreement in joint and unfortunately nothing else. In my saving account she is the nominee and I m the nominee inheritance saving account that will be a second proof. Third proof is my wife has a life insurance where I m a nominee and the document says insured person is my wife. We have all the photograph , few bills , unfortunately the mobile which she is using is under my name too. Will this be enough?

    Marriage certificate is already submitted however they are still asking.

    Hi all, I need quick advise in subclass 489. Case officer contacted me regarding proof of relationship regardless I have provided them marriage certificate and passport as well. My question is I don't have any document which reflect our name together and not even a joint account. Can I show document which reflect her name and my name in bank account and investments and nominee 2) can I open a new joint account now or do I need to show all documents before the case officer contacted me .

    Hi guys , Any update for anyone, case officer contacted me and asking for proof of relationship for my wife. Do I need to show only documents before case officer contacted me or I can make new joint investment also. Pls advise.

    Hi, Is there a timeline difference in onshore and offshore applicant. In my case I'm off shore and applied for subclass 489 on 21dec 17, and still waiting. Does onshore applicant has any preference ?

    Hi jd, Go ahead I have applied for uk pcc without putting case office details and they successfully gave me the one . Dont waist ur time and simply go ahead.

    Hi jd3006, I just saw this, I think there was no state nomination and it was directly applied through Tasmania website, not through DIBP. Our case is different. You should get the invite soon. Al the best.

    Hi all, Firstly what a interesting thread this is.. Congrats to nia for getting a visa grant..I have applied on 22nd dec, pcc and medical uploaded and current status is no further information required. Eagerly waiting , however still believe it is a long road!! I have applied 489 in Tasmania ..anyone else here for Tasmania..

    When did you apply and which state is it for? I have applied kar week onlg so expecting a slow reaction.

    It was 489 and depending upon points it depends. In my case it took 7 weeks and j applied mid september
