  1. The sheet was filtered. I have removed the filter - you have not been deleted.
  2. Welcome mate. The processing time really does seem like a lottery. Fingers crossed your one of the quicker ones!
  3. SOMEONES DELETED MY FISH FROM JEY'S BIG FISHING SPREADSHEET ???? WHO WOULD DO SUCH A THING? IT HAS TOOK ME YEARS TO CATCH THE BUGGER AND NOW ITS GONE!!!!
  4. That's very annoying. Everyone should just edit their own line with updates and leave the rest of the sheet alone. Hopefully the sheet owner can restore the deleted tabs from a previous version.
  5. Australia migration rules are based on Assessment Level (degree of safety) assigned to every immigrant nationality that goes from 1 to 4. A higher Assessment Level means lot of difficulties to get a visa. Nationality is therefore very important and basically changes visa conditions It’s been suggested that high risk countries are those whose citizens have an historic high rate of visa over-stay in Australia, whilst low risk countries are those countries whose citizens are good boys and girls and normally leave before their visas have expired. If your country falls into the high risk category then additional checks will be undertaken prior to your visa being approved and different service levels are applied by the department for the time to process your application. As at June 2017 the current low risk countries are: Andorra Austria Belgium Brunei Canada Denmark Finland France Germany Greece Hong Kong Iceland Ireland Italy Japan Liechtenstein Luxembourg Malta Malaysia Monaco Norway Portugal Republic of San Marino Singapore South Korea Spain Sweden Switzerland Taiwan The Netherlands United Kingdom—British Citizen United Kingdom—British National (Overseas) United States Vatican City.
  6. My file has not been allocated a case officer yet however...my MA has already asked for my CV and for the company to write a letter of my duties. I guess to cover this.
  7. Thanks for taking the time to post that mate. Cheers. Strange tho, as I have three letters in my IMMI account and none contain the footer like in the document you attached.
  8. ?Fly me to the moon, Let me play among the stars, Let me see what spring is like on, A-Jupiter and Mars, In other words, hold my hand, In other words, baby, kiss me? Frank will help us through ?
  9. I'm sure this has been asked before - but where exactly do I find out what Processing team will be processing my application? I have checked the Bridging A Visa letter I received when I applied but nothing on there. Thanks in advance.
  10. I agree that it shouldn't matter where you are from and should be based on skill only. However.... When it comes to immigration and the department - your country you come from DOES come into consideration. Sadly that's just a fact.
  11. This is true as we have had Visas approved from Nov17 and Dec17 in our spreadsheet. Hell, we have even had one Granted from someone that applied in Jan18 ?? Obviously they are some still outstanding from way before that but what you say is correct, they are defo processing some from Nov and Dec.
  12. For me, refusal would mean I pack up and go back home to the UK. I try not to worry about that as I know there are people who are in a worse situation than me. Just need to wait, be patient, and hopefully the visa comes through - fingers crossed for everyone.
  13. My MA just contacted my work to ask for an organisational chart for the Work Force in my Company. Seems strange that they wouldn't have asked for this at the start. My application wasn't lodged that long ago so I guess my MA is just being proactive..... Or hopefully Immi requested it and they are looking at my nomination ?
  14. Welcome mate. Good community here which helps you get through the wait... Strap in and enjoy the ride ?
  15. Congrats on the Visa mate, happy for you. I'm also hungover, but that's just a usual Midweek morning for me ? I blame the World Cup ?
  16. Sorry to hear that mate, there is really no way to know ? I hope you get some news sooner rather than later!!!
  17. Take the 186 Employer Nomination Scheme - Temporary Residence Transition 1. 75% of applications processed in 12 months. 2. 90& of applications processed in 13 months. When you actually look at it, it doesn't actually tell you anything apart from that you should have it within 13 months...if your lucky. There is no way of knowing whether you will be in with the 10% unlucky ones. OR Whether you will be one of the lucky ones who seem to get it after 5/6 months. OR Whether you will get it at any point up to the 13 month mark. In my opinion, there is no point in looking at the processing times. Or waiting to see what the updated processing timelines are.
  18. Some take 20 months, some take 5 months...no one on here knows why really. A mystery of the universe. Like Big Foot...
  19. This is a good thing.... As you get older, time moves very fast... Good to see something slowing it down ? Crack open a beer, and enjoy life. It'll come.
