    Thanks Zet01 For the time being, until the bill comes up on the parliament, are new applications being accessed as of before July 1st? Personally I will be able to apply after September 19th so hopefully no changes until then.

    Mate, as per below she does not need to sit IELTS again at all. Follow up with your MA or immigration and argue on it. It is not fair. Eligibility- All streams Who could get this visa You might be able to get this visa if you: have been nominated by an approved Australian employer within the six months before you apply are under the age of 50 at the time of application, if you are applying under the Temporary Residence stream, or are under the age of 45 if you are applying under the Direct Entry stream have the required skills and qualifications for the position (at time of application lodgement you must have the required skills and qualifications for the position you have been nominated for – you must hold any mandatory registration, license or professional membership, or you must already be fully assessed as suitable by the relevant body) have appropriate English language skills (at the time of application lodgement) meet health and character requirements meet the requirements of the stream in which you apply.     Hi all, Update from me, just finalized...oh what a feeling! Nom and Visa application - 30/03/2017 Nom granted - 15-09-2017 ---- Visa Granted - 19-09-2017 Systems Administrators, HR, 2 PPL I hope everyone will get the golden email soon, especially the ones waiting for a very long time. Cheers!

    Yes, you can import your visa application, but not Nomination application. hope it helps.

    The nomination wont show on IMMI account. Your MA will be notified once it is approved. Welcome to the waiting game

    You can send an email to nsw.pse@border.gov.au and on their automated response email they state the range time they are currently allocating applications.

    Personally I think that it is totally random. They just pick up applications from the pool within a nonsense period. Or, what would make sense is the salary. Higher salary, higher tax you pay.

    Nomination wont show up on the IMMI account. Your MA will be notified once it has been granted. You should have received the "Acknowledgement of nomination application received" when your MA has logged the application, but thats all. Hope it helps.

    You should be able to apply immediately after you reached the 2 year period. I applied for 186 TRT one week after the 2 year period was completed. 1 week is already gone btw Good luck!
