We did not front load, medical and checks were requested in February. If I had my time again I would frontload as it seems to make it quicker.

We received our 100 grant email this morning, yay! Applied 9th November so just over 5 months.

So any grants recently? Sounds like it's very quiet. We applied early November, meds requested early February and we've heard nothing since. Starting to get a bit panicky.

As quoll said, apply for citizen by decent for your child if your wife is Aussie born or lived there more than two years. Your baby shouldn't need a visa. Partner visa ids is a family visa, your job doesn't matter.

Just a letter saying more information requested, then further detail asking us for our police clearance and medical. Nothing else requested.

yep very similar to ours. Don't understand why some get contact sooner than others, I'm sorry but you're just a few weeks in front of us so hopefully not long.

We are very straightforward so I imagine that is why. We've been together for 13 years, married for 8 with two children.

First contact today, requested that we provide our medical and police report within 28 days. We applied 9th November in London via online account.
