Hello guys, I have one question how old the business should be to sponsor for 186 visa. If the restaurant is new only few months old still they can sponsor for 186 visa. Please give some information on this. Thank you.

Congratulations to all who got they PR. Hi I am new in this forum. I want to apply 186 visa I have been working from last 3 years in the same restaurant but now my boss has transfer his business to his sons with new ABN and business name but I still working there. My question is now the restaurant is new so they can sponsor me for 186 visa or it has to be 1 year old. Please give your valuable suggestions. Thank you.

My nomination was refused in April and my visa file was opened on may 26 and CO ask to withdraw my visa file or they reject with in 28 days. From then it is now nearly 2 months they didn't give any decision. Does anyone has the same situation. Does it normal or not?

One question, when CO ask any documents and we uploaded in the visa file how he will know that we have attached document. They check each attachments again or they get any kind of notification after uploading. However when CO request any document its show us in messages what about if we send any email or attached documents? Please explain if anyone know the procedure. Thank you.

My nomination refused so my MA apply AAT. Yesterday CO send an email to withdraw my visa file. My MA saying I have to apply AAT for visa also. Is it true? We have to apply AAT separate for nomination and visa file. Please guys give your opinions.

He send an email and call immi also but no use same answer send an email which he has done already. He has send me email which shows he has uploaded all the documents with in the time frame.

They are purposely refusing, in my case they refused my nomination saying that I have not sent any reply or attached the requested documents even though I had send them reply with in the time frame.

I got an invitation within 1week and applied 489 visa on Aug 2018 from NSW but still my visa status showing "Received" . 5 weeks before CO asked for S56 and I have attached my medicals and police clearance last 3 weeks before but still no update on my file still showing received. I saw many of them got there visa with in 6 months. I don't know why its taking so much time for me. Is any one in the same boat. Thank you.

After getting 489 visa we have to do the job in the same field or can do any job in regional area for one year. Is it possible can I show my spouse full-time job in place of mine. Your response will be appreciated. Thank you.
