Hi, I applied 489 visa in Aug/2018. Still my file is not open, how much time it will take to open the file.

Hi mantaray If MA mistake the immi consider that one or not. In this situation what I have to do and any suggestions. My file already finalised nor approved or rejected. Any immi help centers they can help and look at the file.

MA send me the application, in legal register name he mention "xyz family trust". Trading name: "xyz" But in nomination file its only showing xyz family trust not the company name. What I should do know. Please help.

Can you please ask MA "name of applicant was just xyz family trust or xyz Pty Ltd ATF xxx family trust ". Because my CO finalised my nomination file with any result. Please reply me its very helpful for me so I can tell to my MA. In my file the name of applicant showing as xyz family trust only. Please help me. Thank you.

You mean to say I don't get the visa straight away after winning the AAT. The case will go to the new CO. Do we have to keep on uploading the financial documents till the decision is approved or no need. We have to apply again visa file?

Hi I got one question in my mind if the file open after 24 months and they check it or before after submited the file not checked after couple of months and they give decision so we can save the months not to wait long period and we can apply another visas. Plz share how the file are processing in immi they check with Abn or organization name.

My Co just finalise the nomination nor approved or rejected.i don't know what going on in the immigration. Just they on immi acknowledgement letter saying trust can't sponsor and did not check my total file.

At the time of AAT decision the restaurant should be open, if the employer sold the business what happened? On the reasons which the CO reject the nomination they check only those things or they will check other documents too? Please give your opinion.
