Well Im finally happy to say that our Spouse Visa 309 was approved yesterday! So hopefully people will start hearing back soon from June/July, it took under 5 months for ours to be approved. Timeline Applied : 17th July Medical checks requested : 21st Sept Further info requested : 3rd Nov Visa Granted : 6th Dec Move date : 1st March !!!!!

Hi All, I think like everyone else im hoping for the 5 month estimated timeframe rather than the 10-14 month as we are planning to move at the end of Feb. Hopefully some evidence of the 5 month will pop up soon as it seems to be 6-8 average for low risk ATM.
