I never noticed that U have applied in Transition stream. As per this forum people who applied trt got their approval quicker than DE.

Actually I couldn't complete my study within time period for some reasons so University has issued new Coe for visa extension. Now I have decided I will wait until 24 days if I don't hear anything then I will apply for student visa extension. Because only God and immi know either I am getting my PR or not. Sir do I have now 28 days for student visa extension?? My visa is expiring tomorrow. I mean can I still apply for student visa extension within these 28 days if I get 187 refused in these 28 days?? thanks

Dear Ahmad, My student visa is going to expire tomorrow and I know my bridging visa will come in effect. But my question is by chance if I don't get any positive response from immi regarding 187 visa then do I have option to apply student visa extension within 28 days??? I would appreciate if u reply. Hi there, Yes it is bitter truth that you MAY have to wait for more then 3 months if you apply after nomination approval. Some people are waiting from more then 8 months who lodged their file after nomination approval. Nowadays it is taking too long either we have applied for nomination or visa. I think if we lodge nomination visa together or before nomination approval then it MAY can save time because some people got their approval for both nomination and PR on same day. Can you please tell us which docs they requested?? Thanks, Mavi

I don't think so there would be any changes if CO allocated. Because as Thakur said that 1/2 hrs ago his file status was received and after was finalised. Thanks Mavi

Don't take too much stress Khem. Just try to busy yourself in other things such as games, movies or spend sometime with family ( whatever u like the most). Forget about file for sometime. I am 100% sure you will get your PR tomorrow or next week. cheers Mavi
