yes you are right. I was thinking they will finish late nov and early dec in couple of weeks but now I am hopeless. There is no movement.

I just don't know what the hell they are doing?? Are they doing something or just sitting on the chair? Why can't they hire more staff to minimise the delay? We are not asking anything for free we have paid $ for our files. Heartless people playing with our emotions and waisting our time. Why they can't finish files with in time frame. It is just ridiculous.

I think hell might be better than our situation.

Thanks mate for motivation. This What I found on internet: External checks are done by external agencies like , therefore CO is unable to provide a time frame on the outcome. It includes character as well as security checks along with other things. On the other hands, internal checks are checks done within DIAC and they are therefore able to provide a estimated timeframe on outcomes. Still its not concrete timeframe. Internal checks include job verification, provided/uploaded documents etc There is no hard and fast rule that either External checks will be done first or Internal checks. Similarly, time frame for each check vary from case to case. Sometimes, it took only few days and some times more than 2 years.

Can't wait anymore. Getting frustrated and impatient. Oh God still don't know how long more to go?

Yes we had few cases in this forum which were opened same time. if you have lodged before nomination approval or both files same time then it is possible you can hear good news same day. Thanks Mavi

I can answer few of your questions. you can import your application in immi account any time. there wouldn't be any thing wrong and your application also not gonna delete. So don't worry and go for it. Nowadays, standard processing time for 457 far quicker than RSMS. Thanks Mavi

Hi jas85, If they are taking long time to process then it doesn't mean that you will not get your result positive. Yes your employer can ask immi that why nomination taking so long. You don't need to worry because contacting immi wouldn't effect your result. Thanks Mavi

Yeah Mate I tried to find his timeline on spreadsheet but couldn't. I think he hasn't added his time line in spreadsheet. Hi Anoop we would be happy if you share timeline with us. Yes this what I have been told. I am also University student and have talked with 4 MA's regarding this matter. All are saying that your current visa status is student ,so u have to maintain ur student visa until u get ur 187 pr bcs before that u have to be aware with all conditions of student visa. If anyone has any visa been cancelled then he can't lodge any visa onshore, only one option would be MRT which could lead to very long process. And he can lodge permanent visa or any other visa offshore only". So that I still abide with all student requirements. Thanks Mavi

Hi Dev786, your turn can be any time mate because your nomination is already approved but my turn still will take time I suppose. You just keep your application up to date so that they don't need to ask any docs because docs request is just time consuming. good luck mate ?

Guys if you check spreadsheet there are only 2 people left who never been contacted ( I know there are 1000 of people out there who are not on this forum but still we can make rough judgment). So it means early Dec get ready for their approvals. Good luck
