Hi there, one of my friend have applied 186 nomination and visa on 21 Dec 2015. Occupation cook, HR country. His employer got docs request for nomination on 12 Aug 2016. Then he got site visit yesterday. He don't exactly know what documents they requested from his employer. It may help some of you. Thanks, Mavi

Because nomination and visa both are different applications. Nomination is employer's application and he can see nomination's status. You only can see your visa status. It may help you. thanks, Mavi

Their auto reply is stating late nov but few people got December approvals. The main reason they say is that they have got heaps of applications.

I called my MA yesterday. Asked about nomination status, he said status is still received. Then I asked when my turn would be any guess? he said you can hear something by the end of next month. I just want to kill my self. Immi lady also was saying that your file can be allocated within 4-6 weeks when I called to immi 2 weeks ago. 3-4 more weeks or more long, don't know how to pass this time and how to survive?? I Am just pissed of all of this.

Whole week passed with no news. Only one person got docs request. That's all. So much nagetivity going on in my mind, feeling like my result will never come out.

Hello Rosan, I am assuming that your MA also would have told you that if you get your RSMS result unfavourable then you only can go for MRT because you can't apply any visa on shore. If you don't want to proceed with MRT then you would have to leave country to apply another visa. It is up to you either you wait for RSMS result or apply for student visa extension. Yes there is chances that you can get both approvals same day. I saw some people got in this forum. You also need to tell us your nominated occupation, processing centre, how many applicants, country: HR/ LR, direct enters or trt?? thanks

Random means they are not giving results in sequence. Anyone from any date can hear good news.

I am sorry I just updated date in wrong cell. It should be in docs request cell, I input it in nomination grant cell. Now I sorted it.
