  1. Seriously? You waited for so long and they ask for the 2nd time for the letter that is not on the document list for the visa? It seems like they try to prolong the process for no reason.
  2. May i ask what did they request and do you still you working for your employer? 2 hours and 45 mins are a really long time for hearing
  3. Are you working for your employer now or before? A lot of people here got AAT approved mostly because they’re and still working for the employer. AAT will surely ask for your tax returns, payment summary etc. If you’re not working for your employer and be refused based on the genuine reason, there’s a high chance that AAT will not be successful. I think you should consult a good migrantion agent for other options.
  4. Congratulations, what is ur timeline please? The date you applied, AAT requests documents and hearing? they should give you an acknowledgment and the co should ask for more info like medical, etc
  5. Applied nomination and visa 07/2017 Visa refusal 04/2019, after 21 months Applied AAT both visa and nomination 05/2019, still waiting, it’s been 17 months
  6. You wait til 2017 to 2020 for AAT?? That was so long, 36 months nearly. I’m so worried about mine now
  7. Can i please have your timeline? Like the date yoy apply for Aat, hearing date and set aside date please?
  8. No i know. My friend applied on AAT, while he waits for 27 months, his wife studied master of social work, got 190 invi and he still waits for the AAT result
  9. I tried to find the times on AAT but couldn’t find it, can you pls post a link? Thanks
  10. How long did you wait? I’m so stressful waiting it’s 21 months when they refuse the nomination and 17 months now on AAT, it’s been 3 years and i still wait. I feel like my life is in nowhere
  11. Congratulations, you waited for so so long how’s the hearing and what did they request more?
  12. Couldn’t agree more
  13. You should ask your migration agent, any advices on forum should not be followed. but there are two members who are refused for the same reasons, got approved without hearing which is Ciplaxxx and MKT, you can roll over on old pages.
  14. That is why i told you most, not all. I read more cases than anyone, most of the 2019 cases in AAT files which are opened early (visa cases only, not nomination), they will be either have no justification or business closed.
  15. I saw the list and read some cases, i think most of the applicants from 2019 were opened early on the lists are because their business deregistered or closed. The real timeline is when they open the nomination case which the end should be Pty Ltd
  16. May i ask what documents do they request please? Same reasons refusal
  17. Wow, i’m still waiting from April 2019, NSW as well
  18. Your occupation?
  19. She applied for RCB, that means direct entry. Before 11/2019, 187 needed 3 years experiences. I don’t think transition stream needs RCB.
  20. Hi guys working as cafe restaurant managers. Does your restaurant close temporarily at some point and did your agent advise anything for covid 19? Thanks applied AAT 4/2019- 14 months
  21. Your occupation, refusal timeline please?
  22. 14 months and I feel like forever. Did they ask for a new Organizational chart before the hearing or you use the old one?
  23. Only your employer is hearing? I’m still waiting, be positive at least the wait is over
