  1. Seriously guys, with the expensive visa fees I expect the immigration to work better than that. Now they're just trying to find an excuse to refuse the visa with nonsense reasons and assumptions, longer timeframe and stuffs. I'm so sick of it. If there's any problems with my visa I will consider moving to Canada.
  2. On 10/17/2017 at 21:11, Tuff life said: Plz help i have been harrased at work and may b get fired soon I hold 187 rsms as manager from 9 months What i can do if get sacked Been forced to work double the amount of hours what my contract say -------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the question he asked, and he's already on 187. I don't talk about the people who's on bridging visa and are waiting on 187.
  3. He asked if he can leave the employer early, he got 187 for 9 months but he got bullied at work. So the guy after that said Immigration can cancel the 187 visa if you broke the rules (stayed with the same employer for 2 years). However, the new citizenship rule got cancelled, means you can apply for citizenship if you stay in Aus for 4 years with 1 year on PR. If you have this condition, then you only need to work 1 year PR and then apply citizenship immediately, if you pass the test, nobody can cancel your citizenship, you don't need to oblige to stay in regional area or stay with the employer for 2 years.
  4. So he's already worked for the nominator when he applied? Does he appeal the application after that?
  5. Is he offshore or onshore and did he have any qualifications?
  6. Australia's visa fee is amongst one of the most expensive visa fee in the world plus service is getting super slow compared to others lol.
  7. Hi Can anhone please explain what's the difference between RCB and nomination?
  8. Mohammed, it seems like you have a lot of experiences. Why don't you apply 457 for chef, then earn another year of experience and apply for 186 entry instead of risking going to RSMS?
  9. Does it state at the start that the nomination has been refused? as the declaration form stated i guess it is this one: http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Work-1/payment-for-visas-declaration-requirement they may suspect that you may pay for the visa sponsorship. You just need to read the documents carefully and tick in the "I have not engaged....". It is a form that needed for both employees and nominators with the new law. i guess your nomination is not refused yet, otherwise they will not send you this form.
  10. Sorry to hear that. There should be a reason for refusal in the letter at the bottom, you got your RCB approved? If your visa is not refused yet you can com back to Aus on your bridging visa, is it bridging visa B?
  11. Hmmmm, i think it's a bit too early to think about next year now with all the 3 years experience requirement and more stuffs to come.
  12. Oh i see, so if my sponsoring business never sponsor anyone before, they do not have to fulfil it right? They never sponsor anyone before and all of the employees are citizens
  13. Yes I heard that if you apply through 187 or 186 TST you need to meet the training benchmark but 187 direct entry doesn't need to.
  14. I thought that 187 direct entry doesn't need training benchmark???
  15. I'm not sure why your agent assumed that restaurant manager and cooks are getting refused but I see somewhere said that if the application doesn't have enough documents it will be refused straight away without any further requesting documents. I got a friend from high risk country applied 13/1/2017 Nomination and Visa together as an F&B manager and got his visa 25/05/2017. I'm not sure why his visa is so fast but his documents are decision ready.
  16. I'm not sure but there's a friend of my got a call from immigration. He works as a cook but in the contract said that he's a chef. CO called the human resource and got his visa cancelled. Be careful.
  17. From an agent' blog DIBP Fast Refusals of 186/187 Nominations and Visas As Documents are Assessed Quickly After Lodgement Visa applicants and migration agents are reporting fast refusals of subclass 186 (ENS) and 187 (RSMS) nominations and visa applications in some cases happening only a few weeks after lodgement, despite the estimated processing time for these visas is over 6 months. The refusals are apparently occurring in cases where all necessary documents have not been uploaded at the time the assessment is done. In these cases, no request letter is sent and the visa is refused with no notice to the applicant or opportunity to address the needed documents. There is no requirement that DIBP send a request letter in cases where incomplete documentation is provided for visa application, however historically DIBP has sent request letters to applicants if there are documents missing by the time the application is assessed. Given the long processing times for applications, it appears some applicants assumed they had more time before DIBP would check the applications.
  18. Congratulations What is your occupation? You mean 457 visa right?
  19. Did you get your health check before or after allocating? thanks
