Finally wait is over now.At 9.30 am i received a call from my migration agent and he told me my visa has been granted Here is my timeline Rcb applied 15 nov 2015 Rcb approved 12 jan 2016 ( 2 months) Nomination applied 2feb 2016 Nomination approved 9 nov 2016 (9 months) Visa applied 3 jan 2017 Documents requested 31 jan 2018 Documents submitted 8 feb 2018 Visa granted 14 feb 2018 (13 months) Total process = 2 years 2 months Occupation = cook Country = hr

Hi nicole .. as you mentioned in your previous post ,you said you applied in jan 2016 and you have got rejected in jan 2018.which is almost 2 years so our question is have you waited for 2 years or by miatake you wrote 2016 instead of 2017?

Her is what VETASSESS has to say: ******************************************************************************** Cafe or Restaurant Manager (ANZSCO Code 141111) This occupation requires a qualification assessed as comparable to the educational level of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Diploma, in a field highly relevant to the nominated occupation. In addition to this, applicants must have at least one year of post-qualification employment at an appropriate skill level completed in the last five years in a field which is highly relevant to the nominated occupation. If employment is not post-qualification, then three additional years of highly relevant employment are required. If the qualification is not in a highly relevant field, two years of employment at an appropriate skill level, completed in the last five years which is highly relevant to the nominated occupation is required. This is reduced to one year if there is an additional qualification at least at AQF Certificate IV level in a highly relevant field. A positive assessment of both qualifications and employment is required for a positive Skills Assessment Outcome.

I think you need atleast 3 years full time experiance for skill assesment ... sorry to hear about your nomination.can you tell us your timeline please
